protected area. It has many fresh water lakes and is a home to many
migrating birds. The area is a favourite with the locals and North
Europeans. Because of its unspoilt beaches and sand dunes that
stretch for around 14 km. The villa is presently being used for
holiday rentals and could provide an income or investment from
rentals of between 10,000 – 12,000.00 euro a year, for the summer
season, which is between 12-14 weeks. Leaving plenty of time for the
owner to enjoy Riumar and the villa. The climate in Riumar is very
